As an IT Operations Manager for our production site in Ludesch, you are responsible for managing the entire IT infrastructure lifecycle, including the local network, server infrastructure, workplace services, and the lifecycle of special-purpose clients. In addition, overseeing and coordinating IT security measures in collaboration with the IT Area and Global Security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies will be part of your responsibilities. You’ll monitor and control daily IT operations based on KPIs and SLAs to ensure a high level of service quality and availability.
In this role, you’ll act as the main point of contact between local business operations, IT service owners, IT operations partners, and IT area peers, ensuring strong alignment between business requirements and IT capabilities. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI technologies can optimize processes, improve decision-making, and reduce manual effort.
You’ll plan and execute IT projects in line with Red Bull’s project management methodology, with a focus on maintaining and improving production-relevant IT infrastructure. Based on business requirements, you’ll contribute to delivering solutions in accordance with Red Bull’s guidelines and standards, including project management, IT service management, and documentation, while ensuring continuous operational improvement.
As an IT Operations Manager, you’ll coordinate external IT partners in day-to-day support activities, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and service agreements. You’ll also coordinate service sourcing, hosting, and housing activities in accordance with Red Bull’s standards and requirements.
You’ll identify and implement continuous improvements to IT processes, ensuring alignment with the latest Red Bull ITSM standards. You’ll actively leverage and promote enhancements to global and area services while also contributing to the improvement of local IT services. By evaluating and leveraging AI-powered tools and automation capabilities, you’ll improve service quality, operational efficiency, and user experience.
