Red Bull Media House
Join our team and play a key role in supporting the Global Media Services Management Team by creating exceptional executive presentation materials.
Your primary focus will be to transform complex topics into clear, structured, and visually compelling narratives that enable alignment and decision-making at the leadership level. This role is strongly execution-focused: you will design and build presentations end-to-end, elevating them through strong visual thinking, storytelling, and attention to detail. Working closely with the Global Media Services leadership team, you will ensure that key topics are communicated with clarity, precision, and visual excellence.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
In this role, you are responsible for the hands-on creation and development of executive-level presentations. You will design and build high-quality materials for internal leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and executive formats. You will translate complex business topics into clear and compelling narratives by defining storylines, structuring content, and crafting strong headlines and key messages.
A strong focus lies on visual execution: you will design presentations to the highest standards of storytelling, graphic excellence, visual clarity, and consistency. This includes advanced slide design, the use of layouts and grids, layering, as well as the integration as well as manipulation of still images and video elements. You will continuously refine presentation templates, layouts, and visual systems, ensuring a consistent and modern visual language across all leadership materials.
You will translate inputs from leadership, strategic documents, and complex topics into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand presentations. You will define what matters most, simplify complexity, and create logical flows that guide the audience through key messages and decisions. The emphasis is on storytelling through visuals: you ensure that slides are precise, impactful, and focused on clarity rather than volume of content.
You will ensure a consistently high level of quality across all presentations, acting as a strong quality gate for visual clarity, structure, and storytelling. You will manage multiple workstreams in parallel, maintain attention to detail, and continuously improve how presentation content is created, delivered, and managed within the team, including version and library management.
This role drives the preparation, alignment, and follow-up of key strategic meetings and initiatives, ensuring clarity and momentum throughout. This includes structuring topics, defining goals, and sharpening decision points for leadership discussions, while coordinating inputs across Global Media Services, Servus Media, and other relevant units. At the same time, you will ensure strategic and visual consistency across presentations, meetings, and executive communications to enable focused and effective leadership engagement.
You will work closely with the Global Media Services leadership team to refine and iterate presentation materials. You will incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines, ensuring that leadership topics are always prepared to the highest standard.
Additionally, you will act as a trusted execution partner, supporting leadership with clear, well-structured, and visually strong materials for internal communication and alignment.
