Red Bull North America
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Shipping & Receiving Clerk manages activities in the Shipping and Receiving office as the primary contact for all incoming and outgoing truck drivers. You'll complete paperwork, maintain schedules, and act as the face of Red Bull to our visitors and customers. You will be the "go-to" for all things incoming and outgoing.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Sign drivers in and out of the facility; verifying all paperwork
Assign dock doors to the inbound and outbound loads
Maintain door accuracy and yard report for trailer inventory
Process Bills of Loading and associated shipping and receiving documents.
Reconcile inbounds with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activity
Provide 'customer service' to our customers
Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules
Coordinate moves on the yard for the spotter/yard jockey
Work with shift management to accomplish shift goals.
Report errors and issues to appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracy
Audit and verify data inputs and paperwork
Other clerical tasks as assigned
