This role is responsible for leading the Off-Premise team, with a clear focus on embedding our company values, building a passionate and engaging team and developing future talent. The role demands the development of multi-year channel plans, with a focus on winning market share, growing revenue and profitability using category and shopper insights. Critical to achieving this is to work closely with our Distribution Partner (DP) and manage Key Accounts directly, through developing and agreeing on annual business plans, driving Red Bull initiatives through outstanding trade execution, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the company strategy and priorities which lead to an increase in distribution and ultimately consumption. Finally, the role requires a collaborative and close working relationship with the Leadership Team and alignment with regional and international stakeholders in order to fully understand the international standards and expectations.

지원자의 전문분야와 지식

직무에 가장 필요한 요소:

  • 8+ years experience in FMCG sales, preferably across multiple channels.
  • Key Account Management and Field Sales experience needed.
  • Experience in Category Management & Trade marketing & DP management is preferred.
  • Account Development skills: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the whole account management cycle across all relevant customer functions.
  • Budgetary control: Management of direct trade spend budget and indirect spend.
  • People management and leadership: Ability to Lead, Coach and Manage direct reports and embed values through the Off-Premise organization.
  • Brand leadership: Continually engage peers, consumers, and customers in the ethos of both the Red Bull business and the Red Bull philosophy.
  • Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, financial systems, investment returns and ensuring the business P&L requirements are delivered.
  • Strategic ability: Can develop specific, valuable, innovative and commercially focused strategies but also grasp the ‘bigger picture’.
  • Presentation skills: Demonstrate great presentation skills that provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies or processes in a clear, concise and empowering way.
  • Analytical skills –Identify issues and opportunities based on data and insight analysis.
  • University Degree
  • English and Korean (written and verbal)
