Red Bull Aviator Program
The Aviator Program develops the next generation of Red Bull's Musketeers, our Sales Specialists who personify the Red Bull brand in the On Premise (restaurants, bars, clubs, events, and venues).
Your Journey
The Aviator Program provides a 12-month development experience that teaches you what you need to learn in order to succeed as a Musketeer. You'll learn everything from what's inside the Red Bull can to using our effective selling techniques in order to drive sales and brand awareness at accounts. Within one year, Aviators are ready to become Musketeers and will work with the very best bars, restaurants, clubs, hospitality venues, and events.
What we offer
From day one, you'll have the opportunity to dive head first into your role. You'll quickly be given a set of accounts and begin learning the On Premise world, building long-term relationships with our partners. The Aviator Program follows Red Bull’s self-directed development philosophy, where approximately 70% of your learning and development is derived from “on-the-job” experiences, 20% through feedback and relationships, and the remaining 10% from formal training. This will enable you to go further and grow faster.

Locations
The Aviator Program is offered in several cities across our three Business Units (BUs) in the United States. Please apply for the Program in the location you're most interested in and join us in our mission to Give Wiiings to People and Ideas.
Our West Business Unit, headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, covers the entire West Coast of the United States all the way east to Minnesota, and includes Hawaii and Alaska.
