The Aviator Program is a 12-month development program designed to give you the tools and training necessary to become a Musketeer. The program provides a unique opportunity to gain insight and hands-on experience with the daily operations of On Premise Sales.

The Program's duration is 12 months.

The Aviator role does no require any type of degree in order to apply.

You’ll hear back from us by November 2025 for the Aviator Program 2026 applications. We will share more information later for our 2027 Aviator Program.

The program is designed to develop Aviators into Musketeers and Musketeer Scouts (our On Premise Sales Specialists) and retain talented professionals. However, permanent placement is not guaranteed and depends on business needs and your performance during the Aviator Program. Although not guaranteed, your flexibility to relocate increases the chance of securing a permanent full-time role after the program

No, you only need to apply to one Aviator Program posting. During the screening process, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate and rank your preferred location(s). Our recruiting team will review your preferences and consider you for all of those locations. Applicants who are open to multiple locations have a higher chance of being matched to a role.

After you submit your one application, our recruiting team will review your ranked preferences. We’ll match you to the best possible location based on your interests, program needs, and business demand.

Availability depends on business needs—some locations may have more openings than others. We'll do our best to honor your preference when possible, but may need to match based on availability.

All Aviator Program employees are full-time and thus receive benefits and a salary.
