- The Aviator Program is a 12-month development program designed to give you the tools and training necessary to become a Musketeer. The program provides a unique opportunity to gain insight and hands-on experience with the daily operations of On Premise Sales.

- The Program's duration is 12 months.
- When can I apply for the Aviator Program?
- Applications for the 2025 Aviator Program are now closed. Sign up below to join our Talent Community and receive a notification for our 2026 Aviator Program application period.
- Which U.S. locations are looking for Aviators?
- Aviators opportunities will be available across multiple cities in the U.S.
- Are there any education requirements in order to apply?
- The Aviator role does no require any type of degree in order to apply.
- When will I get feedback regarding my application?
- You’ll hear back from us by November 2024 for the Aviator Program 2025 applications. We will share more information later for our 2026 Aviator Program.
- Will I have a specific career plan mapped out for me?

- Is a job guaranteed at the end of the Program?
- The program is designed to develop Aviators into Musketeers and Musketeer Scouts (our On Premise Sales Specialists) and retain talented professionals. However, permanent placement is not guaranteed and depends on business needs and your performance during the Aviator Program. Although not guaranteed, your flexibility to relocate increases the chance of securing a permanent full-time role after the program
- Do I apply to all the locations I'm interested in that are offered in the Aviator Program?
- No, you only need to apply to one Aviator position and can be considered for multiple locations. You will be able to select your preferred location(s) during the application process.
- Will I receive compensation during the Aviator Program?
- All Aviator Program employees are full-time and thus receive benefits and a salary.
- Can I apply to the U.S. Aviator Program if I am not a U.S. Citizen?
- All employees in the United States require US work authorization. If you're able to provide proof of authorization to work in the US, we encourage you to apply!
