As a Sports Data & AI Scientist, you will use data, analytics and AI to support decision-making across our global sports investments, including football and cycling. You will benchmark performance across the network, conduct deep-dive analyses and develop predictive models, data products and conversational AI that deliver actionable insights to coaches, performance staff and leadership.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Monitor and benchmark athlete and team performance across our sports investments using training, competition and physiological data.
Identify performance trends, outliers and best practices across the network, with targeted deep dives into individual clubs, teams and athletes.
Analyze performance, training and readiness data and develop predictive models to support decisions around readiness, training response and performance development.
Translate complex analysis into actionable insights for coaches, performance staff and leadership.
Build dashboards and automated analytics for continuous performance monitoring and network benchmarking.
Identify and transfer performance insights, methods and best practices across sports.
