Lead and oversee complex and business-critical trademark oppositions, cancellations, counterfeit and parallel import cases, customs seizures, trademark infringement, unfair competition matters including court litigation. You will assess legal risks, define enforcement approaches, and make recommendations that support Red Bull’s long-term brand protection objectives.
Collaborate with and instruct external law firms across Europe, ensuring high-quality legal advice and effective execution. You will review legal writ filings, cease-and-desist letters, settlements, court submissions, and enforcement actions while providing strategic guidance and maintaining consistency across jurisdictions.
