All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
You will drive and prioritize the end-to-end global field sales tool roadmap in close alignment with the sales leadership team and other key stakeholders to advance field sales process automation and digitalization, including the use of AI technologies. In this context, you will also be responsible for monitoring the retail execution software market and managing both existing and new IT software partners.
In this role, you’ll lead, coach, and develop a team of IT Project Managers and IT Service Owners. You’ll set clear goals and expectations, provide guidance and feedback, and build a high-performing, empowered team that consistently delivers value to the business.
As IT Manager Global Field Sales Applications you’ll hold accountability for global tool rollouts and ongoing operations. You’ll ensure robust governance, clear standards, and efficient processes so that implementations are successful, adoption is strong, and services are reliable, scalable, and compliant.
By partnering with global sales stakeholders and local markets you’ll proactively drive user adoption. Together with your team, you collect and prioritize feedback, evaluate performance, and steer continuous improvement initiatives that increase the effectiveness and return on investment of our field sales applications.
