As Channel Manager at Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe, you will lead the development and execution of channel strategy and programming across owned and managed, translating content into effective distribution, optimised release planning and measurable audience engagement. Using audience insights, platform expertise and performance data, you will define publishing logic, shape the content calendar at channel level and ensure content reaches the right audiences at the right time. EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, media programming or social media management
  • Deep understanding of major digital platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, email and web) including formats, algorithms and audience behaviour
  • Proven ability to analyse content performance and translate insights into actionable programming and optimisation strategies
  • Strong understanding of content distribution, platform dynamics and audience engagement mechanics
  • Experience adapting content and channel strategies to different audiences and platforms
  • Experience working with content creators, social media managers and cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
  • Highly organised with strong project and time management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Travel 0-10%
