The On Premise Marketing Specialist: Work, Study, Vending, Travel & Recreation is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across South Africa's Workplace, Campus, Vending, Travel and Recreation channels. The role exists to unlock consumption opportunities within these strategic daytime occasions by creating scalable channel programmes, enabling regional teams with best-in-class marketing tools, and ensuring exceptional execution that drives availability, visibility, activation and commercial growth. Own the national marketing strategy across Workplace, Campus, Vending, Travel and Recreation channels. Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, channel trends and customer needs. Develop scalable marketing programmes that support long-term business objectives while creating clear differentiation for Red Bull within each environment.
Develop consumer-facing initiatives that drive trial, frequency and brand love across daytime consumption occasions. Translate national Red Bull campaigns into relevant channel executions while creating bespoke programmes tailored to universities, workplaces, travel hubs, recreation venues and vending environments. Work closely with Brand, Sports, Culture and Media teams to maximize campaign impact.
Build marketing programmes that create value for key customers, operators and decision makers across each channel. Develop promotional platforms, loyalty programmes, customer activations and educational initiatives that strengthen customer partnerships while driving distribution, visibility and sales perform
Develop best-in-class marketing toolkits, POS solutions and activation guidelines that enable Regional On Premise teams to execute consistently across the country. Spend regular time in market coaching field teams, evaluating execution quality and identifying opportunities to improve activation standards. Monitor programme performance and continuously optimize based on measurable outcomes.
Identify new channel opportunities, emerging trends and strategic partnerships that strengthen Red Bull's position within Work, Study, Vending, Travel and Recreation. Work with internal and external partners to deliver innovative marketing concepts while measuring ROI, reporting commercial impact and ensuring marketing investments generate measurable business growth.
