The Senior Manager of Publishing Creative is tasked with identifying, signing, and cultivating exceptional songwriters and producers, as well as supporting the creative direction and output of Red Bull Records' artist roster. This position plays a crucial role in shaping the label's publishing and artist strategy—balancing commercial potential with long-term artistic goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong creative intuition, an extensive network of collaborators, and a dedication to nurturing talent across different genres. By collaborating closely with A&R and Sync, this individual will help create opportunities that raise the profile of both our songwriters and recording artists worldwide.

Your task is to identify, sign, and develop outstanding songwriters and producers who align with the creative and strategic direction of Red Bull Records.
Offer practical creative guidance to writers and producers, including feedback and support for career development at every stage of their growth.
Stay informed about musical trends and movements to scout culturally relevant and forward-thinking talent.
Work together with the A&R team to ensure that publishing efforts match the artistic strategy and commercial objectives of the label's artists.
Present songs for internal and external projects, actively seeking opportunities for song placements with major and independent artists, sync deals, and brand partnerships.
Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and producers to develop topline, lyric, and production concepts that enhance the quality of creative work.
Assist in artist project launches by sourcing songs, arranging collaborations, and organizing writing sessions tailored to each artist’s unique style and sound.
Organize and lead writing sessions, camps, and collaborative experiences both within the country and abroad.
Oversee session logistics, including scheduling, booking studios, coordinating with collaborators, and ensuring creative productivity.
Maintain regular communication with artists, managers, and A&R representatives to assess progress and adjust creative direction as necessary.
Develop and nurture a robust network of connections with music publishers, managers, producers, artists, and A&R executives.
Represent Red Bull Records at industry events, showcases, writing camps, and conferences.
Serve as a connector within the creative community by pairing talent across various genres and disciplines to create engaging collaborations.
Collaborate with Sync, Marketing, and international teams to develop comprehensive opportunities for writers and producers.
