As the Influencer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the development, communication, execution, and optimization of Red Bull's Influencer strategy in the US; reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Social Opinion Leaders. You will grow and develop a network of top tier, on-brand, loves life creators and influencers across sport and culture audiences. This is not a typical influencer marketing role. You will curate and develop genuine relationships with creators and influencers, and building long-term partnerships based on authentic, shared passion points.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Partner with Global, National and Regional Social Opinion Leader teams to develop Red Bull's influencer relationship strategy for creators in the US
Identify and maintain long-term relationships with top tier on-brand creators and influencers
Identify opportunities to co-create inspiring standalone projects with top creators and influencers based on how Red Bull can uniquely support their goals
Grow creator activation tactics such as content creation, on-site hosting, unique gifting.
Mine the organization for creative opportunities to engage and integrate creators across Red Bull North America's marketing and media projects
Collaborate with Red Bull social media teams to pitch and support creator content ideas on managed channels
Find creative ways to authentically integrate the product, brand attribution and messaging into creator channels and content
Ensure messaging to consumers through creators is on brand, engaging, and inspirational
Document best practices and wins for creator activations, and share important insights across the organization
Manage creators in our shared database
Track and evaluate performance for top tier creators
