• In a Nutshell

  In this role, you'll shape and drive Red Bull's global Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy across both On Premise and Off Premise channels, ensuring world-class distribution and execution. By combining commercial expertise, strategic thinking, and data-driven insights, you'll identify opportunities to optimize customer coverage, distribution models, and execution effectiveness across markets.

  As Red Bull's global RTM expert, you'll partner with senior leaders, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable business impact.

  In addition, you'll lead the digital transformation of RTM capabilities, driving omnichannel initiatives, eB2B growth, and the adoption of digital tools that enhance planning, execution, and commercial excellence worldwide.

• Global Route-to-Market Strategy

  You'll develop and implement global RTM strategies across On Premise and Off Premise channels. By translating global commercial priorities into scalable and locally relevant RTM solutions, you'll help ensure consistent execution across markets.

  You'll also identify opportunities to improve distribution, availability, customer coverage, and overall RTM efficiency.

• Distribution Strategy & Leadership Engagement

  You'll lead global discussions and senior leadership forums focused on distribution, coverage, and commercial effectiveness. Through compelling analyses, strategic recommendations, and clear decision-making materials, you'll support key business discussions and outcomes.

  In close partnership with stakeholders, you'll drive alignment and ensure agreed priorities and initiatives are successfully implemented.

• Segment-Specific Route-to-Market Optimization

  You'll create differentiated RTM approaches tailored to channels, customer groups, occasions, market maturity, and business segments. Focusing on customer coverage models, outlet prioritization, sales approaches, distributor strategies, and execution standards, you'll unlock new growth opportunities across the business.

  You'll also establish scalable frameworks and best practices that accelerate growth across both On Premise and Off Premise environments.

• Digitalization, Omnichannel & eB2B Development

  You'll increase the adoption of digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making across RTM planning and execution. In addition, you'll design and drive omnichannel RTM initiatives that leverage both internal and external solutions while accelerating Red Bull's eB2B business.

  Working closely with Data, IT, and commercial teams, you'll help scale digitally enabled RTM capabilities globally.

• Capability Building & Best Practice Sharing

  You'll identify and share RTM best practices, benchmarks, and successful market approaches across regions. Through the development of practical frameworks, toolkits, and guidelines, you'll support effective local implementation and long-term success.

  You'll also strengthen capabilities in distribution management, RTM strategy, and modern digital ways of working throughout the organization.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership

  You'll collaborate with Global Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Data teams, regional stakeholders, and local markets to drive business impact. By ensuring RTM priorities remain aligned with broader commercial, customer, and execution objectives, you'll help maximize effectiveness across the organization.

  By leveraging strong influencing skills, you'll successfully drive progress and outcomes within a matrix environment, even without direct authority.
