The Manager, Brand Communications develops and executes communication strategies that support Brand Marketing initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, and consumer activations. This role creates compelling messaging and leads integrated communications efforts across earned, owned, and managed channels, partnering closely with teams across the Media Network and broader business.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience building media relationships, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering impactful campaigns that engage key audiences across traditional and social media. Success in this role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for storytelling. This position reports to the Director, Brand Communications.

Responsible for strategizing and executing communications plans for brand marketing initiatives, driving cohesive messaging to maximize reach and engagement.
The key role is to craft and deliver impactful messages across third-party earned channels, managed, and owned media channels to enhance and solidify brand image.
The Communications Manager embodies Red Bull’s voice, ensuring the brand’s consistent representation in all Marketing, Media Network, and Communications-first activities.
The Brand Communications Manager will serve as the Media Network lead or Communications captain for some Pillars, product launches, and key occasions campaigns throughout the year. This role is responsible for understanding the project, defining and aligning success, and initiating positioning the right tools in the right place to achieve the desired outcome.
Integrate product communications opportunities into sports and culture activities.
Support Director, Brand Communications as the central point of contact and subject-matter Brand expert to all cross-functional teams across the organization.
Cultivate and maintain strong network of traditional and earned social media contacts.
Identify the appropriate media amplification channels for each project or campaign.
Create media coverage from product and brand-centric stories that capitalize on news moments, highlight reasons to consume the product, give wings to people and ideas, fascinate and engage the consumer with the brand and products.
Create communications tools; may include editorial, photos or other graphical means to illustrate the brand and product in earned media.
Collaborate with the content team on ideating and commissioning video content for 3rd party earned media channels.
Pitch media and secure consistent earned coverage for the brand, products and occasions campaigns.
Maintain systems to track, optimize and forecast campaign successes.
Track success metrics, set-up campaign reporting and optimization cadence and apply learnings from previous / similar campaigns.
Produce plan and recap presentations that will be shared among key stakeholders.
Support team in maintaining a calendar of all product launches, occasion campaigns and consumer activations.
