
Red Bull is seeking a Financial Analyst who combines strong analytical capabilities with effective business partnership and thrives on ownership. Reporting to the Manager, Finance, this role serves as a key finance partner to the Grocery channel, helping shape commercial decisions, optimize investments, and drive profitable growth across a dynamic national customer portfolio. Through financial analysis, forecasting, trade investment management, and cross-functional collaboration, this individual will influence decisions that directly impact business performance and commercial strategy.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Support monthly forecasting, annual planning, and performance reviews, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Conduct month-end close analysis, including reviewing actual results, validating accruals, and explaining key variances against forecast and plan.
Prepare financial reporting and monthly business review materials that clearly communicate results, performance trends, and business implications.
Manage trade investment forecasts, accruals, and performance tracking to support financial accuracy and effective investment decisions.
Evaluate pricing, promotional activity, and customer investments to assess their impact on business performance and profitability.
Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support pricing, investment, and customer decisions.
Review customer agreements and investment activity to identify financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities.
Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support commercial planning and decision-making.
Provide financial insights and recommendations that influence customer strategies, investment plans, and channel priorities.
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for finance and non-finance audiences.
Present monthly business reviews and financial results to Sales stakeholders across multiple organizational levels, including senior leaders.
Support strategic initiatives related to pricing, trade investment, customer profitability, and commercial effectiveness.
Improve reporting, analytical tools, financial controls, and recurring processes through standardization and automation.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, financial visibility, and operational efficiency.
