As Head of Social Media & Channels, you'll lead the team responsible for Red Bull Sweden's managed channels, owned platforms and content production, driving everything from channel strategy and audience growth to creative development and execution.

This is a unique opportunity to shape, grow and continuously evolve one of Sweden's strongest brand channel ecosystems.

Working at the intersection of content, creativity, audience insights and channel strategy, you'll lead the strategic, creative and operational development of Red Bull Sweden's channels. You'll help define not only where our stories are told, but how they're told—ensuring our content remains relevant, innovative and culturally connected.

Working closely with the Media Network team and colleagues across the business, you'll develop channel strategies, creative concepts and content plans that bring Red Bull's biggest projects to life and maximize their impact across audiences, platforms, creators and media partners.

You'll lead the team behind Red Bull Sweden's managed channels, owned platforms and content production, overseeing everything from editorial planning and content development to audience growth, performance and execution.

From day-to-day programming to some of Red Bull's biggest campaigns and productions, you'll ensure our stories reach the right audience, on the right platform, at the right time.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • A passion for social media, content culture and storytelling, with an instinct for what captures attention, drives conversation and builds audiences.
  • At least 5+ years of experience within Content Strategy, Editorial Programming, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Media, Publishing or Audience Development.
  • Proven experience developing and managing channel strategies, content ecosystems or editorial programming for brands, publishers or media organizations.
  • Strong understanding of audience behavior, platform dynamics and content consumption across digital and social channels.
  • Experience translating business objectives into channel, content and audience growth strategies.
  • Experience building content plans, editorial calendars and distribution strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of how owned, managed and partner channels work together to maximize audience impact.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing teams and resources, with a passion for developing people and fostering high performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • Travel 10-20%
