Communications Manager

As Communications Manager, your mission is to make people talk about Red Bull.

You will develop communication strategies and creative campaigns that turn Red Bull's athletes, events, partnerships and product launches into cultural conversations. Working across Earned, Managed and Owned channels, you'll combine storytelling, creativity and media expertise to build brand love and create ideas that people genuinely want to share.

This role has a strong focus on creative brand communications, including new product launches, seasonal editions and consumer campaigns. Working closely with Brand Marketing, you'll help transform business objectives and product launches into communication ideas that activate creators, media, consumers and our own channels.

You'll also play an important role in developing communication around our initiatives within sports & fitness, creating integrated campaigns that generate earned attention and inspire audiences.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Content, Social Media, Events and Sports Marketing, acting as project lead for communication plans that bring Red Bull’s biggest ideas to life.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience within Communications, PR, Brand Marketing or Creative Marketing, either client-side or agency-side.
  • Proven experience developing communication strategies and creative campaigns for consumer brands, products or services.
  • Experience launching products, seasonal campaigns or consumer-facing initiatives is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of how earned media, creator marketing, social media and brand communications reinforce each other.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to identify communication opportunities that resonate with both media and consumers.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish media landscape and today's digital communication ecosystem.
  • Experience from FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, consumer brands or other fast-moving industries where creativity is essential to stand out is considered a strong advantage.
  • Curious, proactive and highly creative, with a passion for developing ideas — not just communicating them.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Travel 10-20%
