Our Student Marketeers are the face of the Red Bull brand and are our product ambassadors both on & off campus. The purpose of the role consists of three folds, approaching consumers driving positive product trial, awareness and help establish Red Bull consumption in different moments of need. Supporting our sales teams through sales drives, merchandising and other sales support activities. Also working at Red Bull events to help ensure an unforgettable consumer experience with the brand. Our Student Marketeers are an instrumental part of the organisation, as the eyes and ears on the ground that listen to how consumers perceive our brand and our product, and share these insights with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities.

We’re looking for a high-energy, well-connected student who lives and breathes university campus life. In this role, you will act as the key Red Bull representative on campus, responsible for bringing the brand to life in authentic and exciting ways. You will build strong relationships with student clubs, societies, influencers, and key campus stakeholders, ensuring Red Bull remains part of the moments that matter most to students. A big part of the role is identifying opportunities at major student events, establishing new networks, and exploring fresh ways to grow brand love and product trial in your university community.
You will also support local sales by recognizing new opportunities, assisting with product placement, and ensuring Red Bull is visible where students naturally gather. The role requires someone who is confident working independently, highly proactive, and comfortable managing their own schedule. You should be a natural connector who can quickly build rapport and work with a wide range of stakeholders across campus. If you’re creative, self-driven, and passionate about shaping unforgettable student experiences while driving both marketing and sales outcomes, this role is for you.
