We are currently looking for a brilliant Junior Production Project Manager. The role is responsible for supporting Production Project Managers in the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production. They ensure that technical solutions and processes agreed with all stakeholders meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Provide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects of the main car projects.
Provide support to Production Project Managers in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing.
Create technical reports and escalate to management, as needed.
Investigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments.
Oversee and take full ownership of all technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects assigned (including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events).
Work with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility).
Work with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., etc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality.
Work with Production Departments to provide daily assistance, optimize lead time and improve quality.
Work with Production Planning Department to optimize lead times.
Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.
Work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department and for the team.
Build positive working relationships within the department and across other functions.
Maintain and develop good relationships with all stakeholders
Contribute to an open, collaborative, and improvement‑oriented team culture.
Take initiative in developing skills, seeking guidance from senior colleagues, and applying feedback.

In line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026), the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C3. We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being higher than the contractual minimum indicated.
