Scuderia AlphaTauri - Reliability Engineer

Faenza, ItalyIn this role you will be responsible for all reliability activities associated with the build and operation of the car and associated systems both at the factory and the track.
The role will be based within our Faenza factory in central Italy and will involve extensive travelling to support the race cars and supporting activities at events.

ensuring reliability issues are managed as required and to liase between the circuit and factory to resolve and manage issues.
and other related meetings and to monitor, support and progress agreed actions and timescales.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Good understanding of all aspects of the modern race car including mechanical, composite and electrical areas both in terms of design and assembly.
- Ability to identify, develop and implement short term actions to manage reliability issues where necessary.
- Be familiar with and able to understand engineering drawings.
- Be able produce key indicators related to current and projected reliability.
- Drive improvements in reliability across the team.
- Be a primary link across all Technical Groups.
- Control the flow of data to ensure its acted upon and controlled within the team.
- Ability to use ATLAS data logging software and NX CAD software would be an advantage.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in English
- Travel 75%
- Permanent
