Second line analysis and reporting of the track data to identify trends and any areas of concern and how they compare to data from the WT and CFD. P rovide detailed understanding of the correlation between the track, WT and CFD environments to the rest of the aero department and improve correlation between CFD, WT and the track.
You will be the link between the remaining part of the Aero Performance Team, the Aero Development Group and the CFD methodology group.
You will investigate and find the cause of any issues or interesting trends seen in the underlying car characteirstics in the WT and improve aero analysis techniques and reporting of track data comparisons. You will also be involved in the i dentification and specification of new technologies and test equipment.
You will be line manager, providing mentoring, training and job list specification.You will also m anage aerodynamicists on a project basis as required to achieve above deliverables
