Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They understand the products target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales and manage the brand on a student level (at their campus). This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trial through, in addition to working at brand events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love to work in a creative working atmosphere.

Embody the brand identity and company values to represent the brand effectively in daily interactions with consumers and customers. Grow consumers base and increase brand awareness by connecting consumers with the product at the right place and time, while competently answering any questions they may have. Create and execute innovative, campus-specific plans that spark curiosity among students and integrate the brand into campus life. Build, expand, and maintain a network of key contacts within your region and on your campus. Boost brand loyalty by creating and sharing authentic content on social media. Deliver unforgettable brand experiences to consumers by participating in the events.
Perfecting execution by paying attention to every detail of the work. Sharing ideas and collaborating with the team through regular face-to-face and online meetings. Planning and reporting your tasks—on time and comprehensively—via a dedicated platform. Contributing to the development of media focus by staying up-to-date on key information, the latest trends, and opportunities relevant to your region.
Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure product is strategically seeded and highly visible around campus. Look for high-impact product trial opportunities, targeting key influencers, student leaders, campus communities, and trendsetters who can organically amplify the brand. Leverage relevant assets from the world of Red Bull to keep the brand top of mind with everyday consumers.

Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality.
Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people on many occasions.
Immersed in student life with thorough understanding of the university, city & region, incl. behind-the-scenes activities & hot-spots.
Encompass a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative. Ability to manage part-time work & studies and ideally available to work some evenings and weekends.
An affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation and sales. Connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus.
Passionate about the brand and product

University enrollment ideally in second semester of 1st year, or second year
Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written)
