Represent as a true brand ambassador, living and breathing the brand personality and values at all times.
Understand the Mauritian student landscape and identify the right moments, locations, and occasions to engage with consumers on campus.
Drive product trial by sampling product in a natural, authentic, and responsible way that aligns with local regulations and cultural norms.
Execute innovative and tailored campus initiatives that embed Red Bull into student lifestyle using a “from students, for students” approach.
Support national and local marketing initiatives, launches, and projects across universities in Mauritius.
Communicate product benefits and functionality clearly and confidently to students and peers.
Comfortable to meet people and communicate.
Answer questions and address concerns from consumers in a knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful manner.
Ensure all brand interactions are premium, positive, and aligned with global standards and local guidelines.
Act as a role model by displaying the company values with a consistent, motivating, and inspiring tone of voice.
Collaborate with the local sales team to ensure product is available and visible in key student-relevant outlets such as campus kiosks, supermarkets, and nearby convenience stores.
Identify new distribution opportunities on and around campus and support opening new points of sale.
Support correct execution of basic visibility standards in student-focused outlets.
Leverage assets and key student occasions to keep the brand top of mind with customers.
Drive brand engagement through personal social media platforms using authentic, creative, and locally relevant content.
Capture and share student life moments, trends, and campus culture reflective of Mauritius.
Support national digital initiatives by providing local insights and contributing to social media reach and impressions.
Plan and execute activities in line with the campus plan and national marketing priorities.
Report activities accurately and on time via the dedicated online platform.
Share insights, ideas, and feedback while collaborating closely with the Manager, wider marketing team, fellow Student Marketeers Mauritius.
Actively participate in training sessions, meetings, and coaching moments.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve execution, creativity, and consumer engagement.
Contribute ideas to evolve the Student Marketeer program locally.
Build personal and professional skills through hands-on marketing experience.
