All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Provide a leadership role in creating the strategy and framework for Red Bull's projects to guarantee a safe work environment for all employees.
Analyze current company policies and suggest revisions where necessary.
Propose and implement safety programs, and procedures, including relevant trainings and education for employees.
Investigate all auto accidents, general liability claims, and other actions filed and coordinate with workers compensation partners to supply necessary information to insurance company.
Implement risk assessments, safety audits and inspections and ensure adherence to protocols, provide updates to team members on results and provides recommendations on actions to address any gaps identified.
Ensure compliance with all current federal, state, county and city requirements.
Assist the COVID Task Force in administering processes.
Ensure Red Bull is working within regulation framework (CDC, OSHA, State, County and municipal guidelines) and develop/suggest policies and ways to minimize risk.
Track all COVID policies nationally and document all communications and trainings.
Prepare periodic reports to update management on compliance issues.
Conduct virtual audits to check for compliance with COVID guidelines at already reopened locations.
Manage all compliance documents such as COVID protection plans, employee screening protocols, employee risk assessments and track communications.
Maintain a link with Global HQ and commercial functions to align and promote projects.
Represent Sustainability strategy with other senior leadership functions to guide integration and accountability as a component of business success.
Advance sustainability practices into all operations across organizational boundaries.
Measure Sustainability programs and activities.
Build network to understand common Sustainability challenges across our industry, ensure positioning and strategy development to changes in Sustainability field and regulations.
Respond to inquiries from all teams regarding Red Bull sustainability practices.
Advise on legal requirements for sustainability in place and help prepare for requirements to go into effect in the future.
