All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
You will establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players and business partners across Cebu (including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, buyers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, etc.) You will be seen as the credible, reliable and knowledgeable face of the Red Bull in the On Premise.
You will know your territory like the back of your hand. You will also follow the companies ‘strategy and create innovative measures in order to achieve your goals. Overarchingly, you will master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers).
You will build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders. You will also negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both the Red Bull business and customer's business. You will leverage your impressive communication, sales and marketing ability to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Sales and Marketing experience preferred
- Previous experience working in the hospitality, night-life and/or FMCG industry preferred
- Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur
- Street smart. Know what’s going on in the streets in Cebu – understand all groups of people, what every type of person has to deal with daily and know how to act around them. Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation
- Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office
- University Degree Preferred
- Fluent English and Cebuano
- Travel 20-30%
