We are looking for an experienced Off-Track Events Manager to be responsible for any events hosted by the team outside of the track and for ensuring unparalleled experiences for our guests and fans.
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Lead, mentor, and develop the off-track events aligned with the highest standard of the team
Collaborate with the Head of Events to implement the sales and marketing strategy that drives revenue growth for venue hire and tours.
Oversee the operational delivery of events and factory tours at the VCARB factory, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
Plan and organize complex high-level events, managing all logistical aspects while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Monitor and manage relevant budgets, creating purchase orders as required.
Supervise and maintain an organized and safe working environment with adherence to health and safety regulations.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Previous extensive experience in sales and coordination experience in the events industry, with a proven track record in delivering successful events.
- Strong business acumen and sales-driven mindset with the ability to effectively close deals.
- Proficiency in event management, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain industry relationships.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to driving innovative ideas that enhance our event offerings
- Available to travel related to events programme.
- Travel 40-50%
