• Distribution of monthly financial information to all budget owners.
• Prepare the monthly country update PPT.
• ADHOC reports requested by the country team or INTCASA team regarding financial or administrative information.
• Supporting the country for their monthly presentations by providing the necessary financial information preparing accurate financial slides.
• Reviewing and correcting any deviations to the group controlling and accounting guidelines.
• Develop overall country efficiencies and to maximize return on investments.
• Make sure that all the internal controls and policies are been applied in the countries.
• Leading planning calendar by coordinating with country and providing necessary support to ensure data quality is accurate.
• Uploading all planning data into BI ensuring data accuracy and due dates.
• Support functional heads and budget owners to better understand and become familiar with their budgets and actual spends.
• Develop relationships with relevant stakeholders and become a key point of contact for discussion in the country.
• Administrative support. First Point of contact between the country team and the Distribution Partner.
• Take care of the office budget for facilities and be responsible to approve any extraordinary expense when needed. Coordinate local purchases with the local team to all the islands.
• Control, coordinate and approve all office purchases, including employee assets.
• Support local team in local purchases
• Responsible for the local corporate fleet, including purchase, control, insurance and maintenance.
• Coordinate and approve airfare tickets to the team ensuring that the travel policies are being complied.
• Responsible by the assets control of Red Bull staff (Caribbean islands).
• Support the HR team with the on boarding of new employees, medical insurance management and be the first point of contact for legal cases in the country.
• Develop relationship with DP teams to ensure local purchases and other administrative processes are done the best way possible to support the team working for the brand on the DP market.
• Plan and organize the general team meetings for the Caribbean team (ex: kick off, engagement workshops, etc), using the best possible vendors while complying with the stablished budget.
