Understand the target group in Mauritius and adapt activations and interactions accordingly to remain relevant and impactful.
Be knowledgeable about the products, brand story, and local flagship initiatives
Create memorable, high-energy brand experiences at Red Bull-owned and partner events
Engage with consumers naturally and positively, building emotional connection with the brand
Build and maintain a strong local network (event organizers, DJs, athletes, gym owners, student leaders, nightlife operators, creatives)
Identify new playgrounds, moments, and opportunities to reach the right target audience in Mauritius. Continuously identify emerging trends, communities, and cultural moments that can create new opportunities
Develop and propose innovative Event Car concepts and activations that strengthen brand relevance and consumer engagement.
You are the guardian and expert of the Red Bull Event Car.
Conduct pre- and post-event vehicle inspections.
Ensure the Event Car is always clean, fully operational, compliant, and event-ready
Maintain and care for all installed technical and event equipment (sound system, generators, branding assets, chillers, etc.) & be knowledgeable about the vehicle’s features, setup possibilities, and limitations
Ensure optimal vehicle positioning and setup at events for maximum visibility and impact.
Support setup and teardown of equipment at activations.
Maintain stock levels of products, POS materials, and activation equipment
Manage background music and atmosphere at events.
Experience as a DJ, MC, or sound operator is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Act as the first point of contact on-site for event organizers, DJs, MCs, and partners.
Coordinate with fleet management and suppliers to ensure maximum vehicle uptime and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and operational issues related to the Event Car.
You are reliable, structured, and execution-driven while staying flexible and creative.
Demonstrate an open-minded, proactive attitude and strong motivation to continuously improve execution and brand impact.
Drive brand engagement through personal social media platforms using authentic, creative, and locally relevant content.
Capture and share Event Car moments, trends, and culture reflective of Mauritius.
Support national digital initiatives by providing local Event Car Contents.
Contribute to Event Car content planning in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, content creators, and brand friends to capture high-quality content.
Identify content opportunities before, during, and after activations to maximize communication reach.
Ensure all Event Car content reflects the brand standards and local relevance.
Ensure all published content complies with the Brand Guidelines and Social Media Policies
