Turns data into compelling insights which are actionable and relevant, and ensures these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans
With a focus on the younger segment of the target group, monitor the consumer’s perception about brand and products, generated from any touchpoint (social media, student marketeers, events, etc)
Identifies and develops great story and content with our products, events, athletes, Social Opinion Leaders, Brand and Student Marketing projects to local network and puts plans into action
Creates and curates engaging ’beyond the ordinary’ content that excites and inspires an evolving consumer base
Develop strong blue/silver branding and through the line communication in all business touchpoints, eg campaigns, projects, contents, and outlets
Demonstrate innovative and creative ways to integrate the blue/silver identity into brand visual tools, creating impactful executions that strengthen the brand and resonate with consumers
Socialize brand guidelines: train the peers (marketing, on/off premise, trade marketing) and organization on brand guidelines and be the guardian of the brand
Deploy innovative occasions campaign plan and execution, in collaboration with student marketeers, on/off premise team
Lead the development of Consumer Activation Program, in collaboration with Trade Marketing
Ensure strong collaboration and alignment across trade and marketing initiatives to maximize brand impact.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager, regional teams, and International HQ specialists to align plans, share insights, exchange best practices, and communicate key updates.
Identify and replicate successful marketing models and initiatives to continuously improve brand performance.
Initiate and actively contribute to creative development sessions to generate innovative tactics and evaluate relevant best-practice case studies.
Lead and deliver the brand components of the annual business plan.
Develop and implement the ideal country-specific advertising plan ensuring international and local learnings, taking best practices in to consideration and with the right level of digital and social media integration.
Works closely with the Digital Manager to amplify the impact of advertising on own, earned and paid media channels.
Annually reviews media planning and buying with the agency and international.
Lead and manage new product launches in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional marketing teams, serving as the primary point of contact with International HQ.
Identify and recommend the most suitable packaging solutions based on country-specific market needs, and develop well-structured launch proposals.
Oversee the product launch process within internal systems, closely monitoring project timelines, backlog, and overall launch status to ensure smooth execution.
Capture key learnings and post-launch insights, sharing them internally and with International HQ to support continuous improvement and future launches
Lead and support Student Marketeers to drive product trial, increase brand awareness, and build a positive brand and product perception among students.
Provide clear expectations, frameworks, and resources to enable Student Marketeers to deliver best-in-class execution and achieve program objectives.
Guide Student Marketeers in developing and executing localized, bottom-up campus plans that integrate the brand into student life during key moments throughout the academic year.
Develop and implement innovative brand activities—including campus hacks, events, creative activations, and campaigns—to ensure the brand remains credible, relevant, and competitive within the student community
Strengthen product availability on and around campuses by collaborating closely with Sales teams and equipping Student Marketeers with the necessary training and tools.
Design and execute the national indirect sampling strategy, working with brand partners and collaborators to drive product trial and support distribution opportunities
Constantly search for the opportunities to improve the targeting of sampling new & infrequent users and the mission planning process.
Steer the direction of the program throughout the year by reviewing data and insights on a regular basis. Regularly assess and analyze the programs, identifying opportunities to improve processes and excite consumers and students.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure key business priorities, brand campaigns, and product launches are effectively activated within the campus program.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key student opinion leaders and influencers to amplify brand presence and support program objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with university management in collaboration with Student Marketeers to ensure full support and smooth implementation of brand programs and activities on campus
Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing the annual business and marketing plan.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to prepare the annual plan and financial budgets/P&L in close coordination with the Marketing and Sales teams.
Manage and monitor the agreed marketing budget to ensure effective and efficient allocation of resources.
Build and maintain strong, transparent, and trusted partnerships with management and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
