We want to hear it directly from you. What makes you unique, what drives you and what you are genuinely excited about.
Red Bull operates in over 178 countries worldwide and so our hiring steps can vary by role and country, but our aim is always the same. We want to get to know you, your strengths and what drives you, while giving you a clear view of what it is like to work at Red Bull.
Job hunting shouldn't feel like guesswork. Here is what you can expect at each stage of our hiring process.

Hiring goes both ways. While we're learning what energizes you (your strengths, your drive, what gets you out of bed in the morning) and you're learning whether we're the kind of place you want to build a career.

It starts with you. Apply for the role that matches your strengths and where you actually want to go next.

After you apply, you may be invited to complete Red Bull Wingfinder, a personality assessment that focuses on your strengths and gives you tools and coaching to develop them further.

For some roles, you will be invited to record answers to a set of pre-defined questions in your own time. It is a chance to show us the person behind the CV.

Meet with Red Bull and show us how you think, what you bring, and get a clearer sense of whether the fit is right on both sides.

Once the process is complete, we bring everything together and decide on next steps. If it's the right match, we move into the offer stage.

It starts with you. Apply for the role that aligns with your strengths, ambitions and where you want your career to go, not just the next job title.
Did not find the right opportunity this time? Keep exploring. The right role could be just around the corner.
Want your application to stand out? Here are a few things to keep in mind...
Your sweet spot is where your strengths meet what we need. It is the point where your skills, your goals and the role all line up. Let that shape your CV, your cover letter if you choose to include one, and the way you talk about yourself.
Your CV is essential. A cover letter is optional unless the role asks for one. If anything else is needed as part of the application, we will let you know there.
Everyone works differently. Use your Red Bull Wingfinder results to get clearer on the kind of environment that brings out your best.
Once you've applied, you might be invited to take Red Bull Wingfinder: a personality assessment that focuses on your strengths. It shows you what you're naturally good at, and provides the coaching to push it further.
The basis of Red Bull Wingfinder is self-awareness. The clearer you are on your own strengths, the easier it is to navigate different career choices and spot the right ones.
Use your self-awareness throughout the process. When we ask about your strengths, talents and motivation, Red Bull Wingfinder offers you the language for it.
And to be clear: we're not just checking if you have the "right" strengths for the role. We want to know how you'll use them and whether this role will help you grow them further.

For some many, you will record video responses to a set of preset questions through our digital interview platform. It gives you the space to answer in your own time and show us what makes you tick.
We want to hear it directly from you. What makes you unique, what drives you and what you are genuinely excited about.
You will usually have time to read each question before answering, and each answer will have a set time limit. Depending on the role, you may have one chance to record each response.
Treat it like a conversation, not a script. Pause, think and answer like you're talking to a person, because you are.
Anywhere with good lighting, strong WiFi and no interruptions. A quiet, simple space works better than an impressive one. Most importantly, choose a place where you feel comfortable.
Be yourself. Clear and authentic answers always land better than something over-rehearsed. We are listening for substance, real examples and honest motivation.
Your responses will usually be reviewed by the recruiter or hiring manager, depending on the role.

This is your moment to show us what you bring. Connect your experience directly to the role, back it up with real examples and don't be shy about the impact you've had.
This is where we go deeper. The number of interviews can vary by role, but the first conversations are usually virtual.
Your first interview is usually with a Red Bull recruiter. This conversation often covers your background, your motivation for the role, your availability and what you are looking for next. It is also a chance for you to ask questions and understand what may come next in the process.
This is where the focus shifts more closely to the role itself. The hiring manager will usually explore your skills, experience, ways of working, soft skills and how your background connects to the team’s needs. Be ready to show how you think, how you work and the impact you have made.
For most roles, you will complete a case study as part of the process. The format depends on the role, but it will often involve a take-home exercise followed by a presentation and discussion. We are not just looking at the final answer. We want to understand how you approach a challenge, how you structure your thinking, how you make decisions and how you communicate your ideas.
A little preparation goes a long way. Here are a few ways to make the most of the process.
One of the strongest things you can bring into an interview is a clear understanding of your own strengths. That is what helps turn generic answers into specific, authentic ones. Your Red Bull Wingfinder results can give you a strong starting point.
Before your interview, think about the moments that best show your relevant skills and strengths. Be ready to talk through what you did, how you did it and what it led to.
Especially in a case study, do not focus only on the final answer. Walk us through your logic, your choices and how you approached the challenge.
What is it about the role that genuinely energizes you? Strong answers are honest, specific and grounded in what matters to you.
This goes both ways. Use the process to understand the role, the team, the opportunities and what success looks like at Red Bull. Write down a few questions so you walk in ready.

After the final stage, we look at the full picture. That includes your experience, your interviews, your case study and how well the role connects with your strengths and motivation.
If there is a strong fit on both sides, your recruiter will guide you through the next steps toward an offer.
Because our hiring process can vary depending on the role and country, some candidates may move through slightly different stages. If that is the case, we will let you know what to expect.
