As a Sustainability Manager at our company, your mission is to creating, updating, and delivering short- and long-term local sustainability strategies, supporting the global strategy to achieve climate neutrality (including CO2 reduction).
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
• Responsible for creating, updating, and delivering short- and long-term local sustainability strategies, supporting the global strategy to achieve climate neutrality (including CO2 reduction).
• Collaborate with the global sustainability team and other internal teams to develop and implement a sustainability program for Red Bull Sp. z o.o.
• Lead a local cross-functional working group to implement sustainability programs, policies, and procedures.
• Cooperate with the Red Bull communications team to ensure both internal and external communication regarding sustainability initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key external partners (e.g. industry Federation) to support Red Bull’s strategic goals.
• Work with Red Bull’s regulatory team to review current and future local legal requirements related to sustainability and inform both local and global stakeholders about key changes.
• Monitor changing regulations and ensure compliance.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to raise awareness of the business impacts and minimize risks.
• Responsible for implementing sustainability projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proactively manage projects and engage internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals.
• Ensure timely and high-quality reporting of results.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of environmental data in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Collect sustainability indicators data and report as required to internal and external stakeholders, including global counterparts, senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Serve as an expert in compliance with emerging reporting requirements.
• Represent and communicate the sustainability strategy to senior management to increase integration and accountability as a key business success factor.
• Ensure carbon footprint reporting aligns with internal and external requirements (e.g., Climate Partner).
• Report on system data and government collection targets, collaborating with other members of the industry association (PFPZ).
• Timely and quality ESG reporting and any environmental data in accordance to legal guidelines.
