Join the Brand Marketing team and support the development and execution of brand campaigns, advertising and product launches — helping ensure the brand is represented in the best possible way.
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- Support the Product Marketing team in developing the Occasions Strategy, identifying key consumption moments where the brand can connect with consumers in relevant and impactful ways. Help translate these moments into actionable plans that guide brand presence across touchpoints. As part of this, contribute to the execution of Consumer Activations working with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure strong implementation and performance follow-up.
- Diving into consumer, market and competition analysis using specialized tools like Nielsen, Kantar & T&A to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement for the brand.
- Support the development of creative materials for advertising and POS, working in collaboration with local marketing teams and creative agencies to ensure alignment and impact.
- Provide support in the execution of product launches in the local market, coordinating the adaptation and delivery of assets (visuals, packs, toolkits) and assisting in campaign execution across different channels.
- Help collect insights from past activations and contribute to the development of new campaign proposals aligned with the national Brand Marketing Plan.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Students or University Graduates who have been studying disciplines related to Business administration, Economics, Marketing or similar for a maximum of 2 years.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, curious and proactive mindset, always looking to understand the “why” and contribute beyond the expected. Great team player, passion for marketing and branding, with a strong interest in learning and growing within the team. High level of integrity and alignment with the brand’s values and tone.
- Fluent English, written and spoken
