To investigate new technologies and concepts for parts and procedures.

Communicate effectively with external groups such as other sections of the department to ensure that parts are tested on time.

Execute the day-to-day tasks, providing a ‘can do attitude’, to all tasks set with a strong eye for detail.

Manage timelines effectively, to ensure timely delivery of high-class models and parts.

Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.

To work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department / team/ sponsors.

Create a positive and cohesive work environment, to promote growth and progression.

To maintain and develop good relationships with all existing staff and support workers.
