Sostenere il test non è obbligatorio affinché la tua candidatura venga presa in considerazione; tuttavia, ti consigliamo vivamente di completarlo: è un ottimo modo per comprendere meglio i tuoi punti di forza e il tuo potenziale!

A causa dell’altissimo numero di candidature che riceviamo, purtroppo non possiamo fornire feedback individuali o aggiornamenti sullo status del processo di selezione, fatta eccezione per quei candidati che hanno sostenuto un colloquio con il nostro team.

In linea con le disposizioni in materia di trasparenza retributiva (D.Lgs. 96/2026), si indica la retribuzione fissa minima prevista per questa posizione, pari al minimo tabellare previsto dal CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria (Federmeccanica/Assistal) per il livello di inquadramento C1. Si specifica che il livello indicato è una soglia minima e non corrisponde alla retribuzione complessiva, la quale è definita sulla base di criteri oggettivi, misurabili e neutri sotto il profilo del genere, risultando anche significativamente superiore al minimo tabellare.
