Responsible for identifying, securing and developing win/win partnership agreements with assigned accounts within strategic On Premise segments. Develop an effective route plan to reach targets for meetings and visits to assigned accounts/outlets.

Implement added value consumer concepts & trial activations.

Correct positioning of the Red Bull brand and product in the territory, in keeping with brand visibility guidelines.

Routinely perform outlet staff training to ensure brand understanding and consistent execution of agreed brand visiblity and product offer / serve to consumers.

Analyze the territory to find further distribution opportunities, some of which may be added to the assigned accounts and others (lower value potential) assigned to Distribution Partners to manage. Drive cooperation with the local sales team of the Distribution Partner to realise these opportunities (beyond those approximately 350 managed directly by the Musketeer).

Transfer On premise know-how and Red Bull culture to customers.

Work as a team with other Musketeers, communicate regularly and effectively with the National On Premise Manager.

Develop relevant industry relationships that results in business building initiatives.

Proactively share obstacles and challenges to achieving targets with the NOPM and take responsiblity for developing and aligning effective solutions.

Perfect use of field CRM to track and manage outlets including distribution of Red Bull and competitor products, Red Bull brand activation and relevant account information.

Fulfilment of reports accurately and on time

Manage and track all On Premise marketing tools, including visibility items.

Ongoing observation and reporting of any competitor activities.

Proactive search for new opportunities within the territory that target the affording consumer.
