POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Digital Growth - Performance is the strategic owner of paid media and digital sale efforts for the New York Red Bulls and Sports Illustrated Stadium’s broader event portfolio. They are responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive ticket sales, revenue, lead generation, and fan growth across digital and traditional channels.

This role sits at the intersection of paid media, data analytics, audience strategy, creative, and ticketing, with a primary focus on Meta and Google. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thinks deeply about how media drives revenue, is energized by data and analysis, and can move seamlessly between a pivot table, an ad platform, a media plan, and a creative brief. The ideal candidate understands that great performance marketing is not simply about optimizing campaigns—it is about understanding what is driving the business and using those insights to make smarter decisions.
