Deep-dive into processes at Red Bull Germany and develop a strong understanding of the Brand Marketing department. Build on this knowledge and combine it with creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to support cross-departmental projects & initiatives. As a Brand Marketing Trainee you will independently manage projects and gain hands-on experience across brand marketing, consumer insights, and product marketing, always ensuring that the brand is consistently represented in-line with global and local strategies. Define and develop an overarching project to be presented to the respective department heads at the end of the program.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of consumer, shopper, and market data to help identify actionable insights and opportunities for the brand.
Monitor consumer perception, digital culture, and social media trends, with a particular focus on younger target groups.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations through clear and visually engaging presentations, reports, and summaries to share insights with internal stakeholders.
Support in the execution of the country-specific product and portfolio strategy, including packaging and innovation projects.
Support the team in designing and executing innovative, impactful and inspirational consumer activations, product & packaging launches, and campaign rollouts to strengthen brand love.
Align your plans with cross-departmental stakeholders (Marketing, Off & On-Premise, Operations).
Coordinate launch materials and support communication development, including product labels, key visuals, POS materials, media assets, and format adaptations while ensuring brand consistency.
Track launch performance, collect learnings, and create post-launch evaluations.
Help & challenge to sell. Collaborate with Trade Marketing colleagues to understand the POS tool cycle, actively contributing towards improvements & innovations.
Understand the meaning and power of occasion messaging and support the excellent execution of 360° brand campaigns.
Assist with product and brand presentations, internal trainings, marketing materials, and become a go-to person for internally selling and externally reporting compelling creative concepts, campaigns, and new strategic pillars of brand marketing.
Continuously learn about the brand, consumer landscape, and FMCG industry to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager Product & Insights, Senior Brand Manager Product Marketing, local marketing teams, local sales teams and HQ specialists to share updates, insights, and best practices.
Support the coordination of research and creative agencies, including project administration, timelines, and deliverables.
Support budget tracking, invoice handling, project administration, documentation, timelines, and reporting for insights, portfolio & product marketing projects.
