Operations Coordinator
Supply the market with product (finished goods and visibility items) that reflects the premium brand of Red Bull. Manage the supply chain with its immediate objectives of transparency and efficiency. Plan, execute and finalize procurement strategies for goods and services spend across the organization. Manage key relationships with third party logistics providers and distribution partner(s). Fleet Management and Sustainability reports and initiatives. Constantly define, monitor, and manage appropriate structures for country specific processes that support internal stakeholders as effectively and efficiently as possible. Responsible for budgeting operational activities and monitoring the cost related activities within the logistics and operations area.

- Co-lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including meetings, analysis, support, and process improvement.
- Ensure continuous product availability.
- Present the monthly demand and supply plan in Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Manage the importation of finished goods.
- Coordinate the importation of materials for events and visits, merchandising, and product samples.
- Ensure products arrive in accordance with supply requirements and business needs.
- Manage logistics processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee order entry and invoicing processes.
- Manage external third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Manage the vehicle fleet.
- Oversee facilities and ensure their proper maintenance and operation.
- Administer and monitor services, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement procurement policies, outsourcing guidelines, and procedures.
- Manage tenders, bids, and proposals.
- Evaluate, qualify, and select suppliers.
- Manage supplier documentation, compliance requirements, and contracts.
- Coordinate procurement activities with headquarters (HQ) and relevant departments.
- Develop and manage local sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Red Bull departments and HQ.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of sustainability data and required reports.
- Lead process improvement projects.
- Promote continuous innovation.
- Optimize costs and business processes.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking.
- Drive operational excellence across the organization.
- Develop and manage the operations department budget.
- Monitor and control operational expenses.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure expense visibility, tracking, and analysis.
- Monitor and manage quality-related claims.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve quality.
- Promote continuous innovation and process excellence.
- Ensure operational activities comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University Degree (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).
- Specialized qualifications in Planning and/or Logistics will be valuable.
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in Planning / Logistics / Procurement / Supply Chain, ideally in an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
- Leadership, motivation, innovation, problem solving, and team skills.
- Advanced in written and spoken English.
- Advance skill in Excel is a must. Intermediate level is mandatory.
- Ability to develop strategies for increasing distribution strength.
- Good skills on others MS products such as Word and PowerPoint are a must.
- Some working knowledge of SAP R/3 is a strong plus.
- Hands-on person who also has the passion for details.
- Logical/ Analytical Thinking.
