As a Supply Chain Graduate, you will be part of our Swiss Operations team and contribute to the transformation of our end-to-end supply chain through data-driven insights, digitalisation, automation and innovative thinking. You will support our planning team in improving forecast accuracy and planning efficiency through data-driven analysis and innovative solutions. By leveraging analytics, automation and digital tools, you will help optimise planning processes and contribute to more informed decision-making across the business.
You will analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies and increase operational effectiveness. Together with key stakeholders, you will help drive digital transformation initiatives that enable smarter and more agile ways of working.
We are looking for someone who is curious about new technologies and enjoys challenging the status quo. You will explore and implement innovative solutions, including automation and AI-based approaches, to support the future development of our Operations organisation and create measurable business impact.
Supply Chain success depends on strong collaboration. You will work closely with Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and other business functions to improve information flows, strengthen alignment and support seamless end-to-end operations.
