At Red Bull, winning at the point of purchase means understanding shoppers, customers and channels in detail. As an Off Premise Sales Graduate, you will support the continued growth of our Off Premise business in Switzerland. You will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Category Management, Insights, Trade Marketing and Key Account Management, working on projects that shape assortment strategy, shopper navigation and activation across channels – with a strong eye on eCommerce and the digital shelf.
Working closely with commercial and marketing teams, you will identify growth opportunities, transform data into actionable recommendations and support customer-specific initiatives across platforms, retailer online shops, quick-commerce channels and relevant B2B and wholesale touchpoints.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
You will analyse market, customer, shopper and category data to identify growth opportunities, untapped potential and priority focus areas. By monitoring competitors, assortments, pricing, promotional activities and activation mechanics, you will turn these insights into compelling growth stories and clear recommendations that shape how we win with our customers.
You will support the Key Account Management team with customer analyses, assortment reviews and the identification of commercial opportunities. You will help prepare customer-specific sell-in materials, business reviews and annual review presentations, while maintaining account-specific trackers and overviews covering assortments, listings, launches and customer priorities.
You will contribute to the development, maintenance and enhancement of reports, dashboards and scorecards covering key KPIs such as sales, visibility, availability, conversion and promotional performance. You will support post-evaluation analyses, derive learnings from promotions and activations and help ensure transparent, fact-based decision-making.
Working closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Category Management, you will bring promotions, retail media and omnichannel activations to life – from planning to execution and evaluation. You will also help us win on the digital shelf, making sure our products are visible, easy to find and presented at their best across platforms and online shops.
