This full-time Field Sales Insights Manager role will drive field sales effectiveness and efficiency through data-led decision making, ensuring the right coverage, in the right stores, at the right time, with the right tasks and players. The role will collect, transform and translate internal and external data into simple, actionable insights that optimise resources, improve execution and drive performance. Working closely with Field Sales leadership as well as internal and external stakeholders, they will build reporting and tools that create a consistent, accessible view of performance and enable better decisions across the field organisation.
