Join our Global Sports Network Team as an Youtube Creative Producer for Motorsports at our Red Bull HQ in Salzburg, Austria!
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
You’ll lead creative decisions driven by audience insights and performance metrics, working closely with key stakeholders to develop YouTube content ideas that align with channel strategy.
You'll plan and execute YouTube video production from start to finish working with external partners to maintain Red Bull’s high standard of quality.
You'll grow the Red Bull Motorsports YouTube channel through repeatable format pipelines, exciting new formats and storytelling that engage new and existing audiences.
You'll work closely with Red Bull markets and key stakeholders to develop and feedback on content ideas for YouTube that fit Motorsports channel strategy.
You'll support development of titles and thumbnails, focus on increasing CTR through intentional packaging, deep dive into retention curves to generate learnings and optimise productions.
