In this role, you'll oversee the back office, diligently completing all administrative tasks and ensuring efficient appointment and travel planning. You'll also handle budget coordination, including managing expense reports.
You'll act as a contact person for internal interfaces and coordinate meetings and workshops, such as those with market teams and quarterly engagement survey check-ins. You'll consistently support management, for instance, by assisting in the preparation and development of presentations.
You'll confidently coordinate the organization's topics and information, with a clear focus on priorities. Additionally, you'll optimize structures and processes to ensure efficient workflows as well as maintain internal information systems to facilitate quick data access.
