Join our multidisciplinary Design team as a Senior Product Designer and craft intuitive, scalable web experiences across Red Bull’s brands, products, and platforms. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and the wider Design team, you’ll transform complex challenges into seamless user journeys, driving everything from conceptual models and interaction flows to polished interface design while ensuring high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams.

At the heart of this role you produce best-in-class interface design at an exceptional visual bar grounded in UX fundamentals, and use AI-driven tools to work faster and better
Make decisions that hold up across brands, products, and web platforms, partnering with the Design System team to reuse and extend shared patterns rather than reinvent them.
Partner with Product and Engineering, translate research and strategy into strong design, and communicate intent, trade-offs, and rationale clearly to stakeholders
Act as the link between the Design team and its value streams (typically Product Managers), and run the team's sprint operations - planning and backlog refinement - to keep delivery on track.
