As a Packaging Engineer, you’ll play an important role in supporting packaging qualifications, optimization initiatives, and innovation projects across production sites and copackers. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, bringing technical insight to packaging and filling operations while helping ensure high standards in quality, efficiency, and documentation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to operations, solving problems with data, and driving projects forward in a dynamic environment.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

By being present on-site, you’ll help assess technical requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure packaging solutions work effectively in real production environments.
You’ll conduct audits to review packaging-related processes and standards. Your work will help ensure production partners and operations meet the required expectations and support continuous improvement.
You’ll manage a diverse range of food packaging-related projects with internal and external stakeholders. From planning through execution, you’ll coordinate interdisciplinary activities and help keep projects moving efficiently and effectively.
You’ll use your understanding of technical requirements in packaging productions and filling operations to support practical decision-making. You’ll help evaluate current processes and contribute to solutions that improve performance and reliability.
You’ll analyze production data and translate insights into actionable optimization opportunities. Your ability to understand operational data will support continuous improvement across packaging processes.
You’ll maintain clear and structured project documentation while working with a range of internal and external partners. Strong collaboration will be key as you align different stakeholders and contribute to interdisciplinary project success.
