All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
In this role, You'll define and lead the global Trade Marketing strategy for the LSR segment (limited service restaurants = quick service restaurants), shaping how Red Bull is positioned as a core menu item, increasing visible distribution, and developing key consumption occasions across the channel. Working closely with the International On Premise Trade Marketing team, you'll drive global segment strategy, build scalable activation platforms, and strengthen partnerships with top customers. You'll also enable best-in-class market execution and ensure Red Bull consistently wins against the competition in the LSR landscape. By developing the long-term roadmap for consumption activation, menu integration, visibility, innovation, and customer engagement, you'll strengthen Red Bull's position as a core menu item and preferred beverage partner across key accounts. You'll ensure full alignment with the broader International On Premise Marketing strategy while driving a clear competitive agenda that helps Red Bull win in priority customers and markets.
You'll lead and develop a high-performing Trade Marketing team, creating a culture built on ownership, collaboration, customer focus, and executional excellence. Through clear direction, coaching, and capability building, you'll translate business priorities into impactful projects and actionable workstreams. You'll also foster strong cross-functional collaboration and ensure resources are focused on the opportunities that deliver the greatest commercial impact.
You'll lead the Trade Marketing strategy for key global and regional LSR customers, building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and operational functions. By developing joint business plans and leveraging Red Bull's brand assets, events, athletes, culture properties, and product portfolio, you'll create mutual value and unlock new growth opportunities. You'll play a key role in increasing distribution, visibility, consumption, brand relevance, and differentiation from the competition.
You'll support markets in translating global strategy into effective local action plans, customer priorities, and execution roadmaps. By sharing best practices, enabling the adoption of scalable activation platforms, and connecting stakeholders across HQ, regional, and local teams, you'll accelerate execution and drive performance. You'll also challenge markets to raise execution standards, identify scalable success stories, and ensure local insights continuously shape future global strategies and tools.
