• In a Nutshell

  You'll support field sales excellence across international markets by identifying execution opportunities, analyzing performance, sharing best practices, and providing recommendations that help improve field sales effectiveness. Working closely with local teams, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of execution frameworks and coverage approaches that support commercial success.

  You'll collaborate with Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing, and Field Teams to facilitate alignment, exchange insights, and support the effective implementation of global initiatives across local markets.

• Field Sales Excellence, Market Execution & Coverage (Primary Focus)

  You'll support the development and continuous improvement of field sales excellence standards across international markets by collecting insights, identifying opportunities, and sharing best practices that contribute to consistent execution.

  In close collaboration with local teams, you'll assist in evaluating and optimizing coverage models, outlet segmentation approaches, call frequencies, and execution frameworks to support market effectiveness and resource allocation. You'll participate in market visit routines to gather insights, assess execution quality, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the follow-up of agreed action plans.

  Using internal tools, benchmarking reports, and business performance dashboards, you'll analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support field sales effectiveness and commercial performance. In addition, you'll support capability development by facilitating knowledge sharing, documenting best practices, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of field sales execution across markets.

• Cross-Functional Alignment and Collaborations

  You'll collaborate closely with On Premise stakeholders across Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing, and Field Teams, supporting effective communication and alignment on key initiatives and priorities. Working with both international and local teams, you'll facilitate knowledge sharing, promote best-practice exchange, and contribute to the successful implementation of global programs across markets.

  You'll also support the planning and execution of key internal initiatives and events, including Area Meetings, Summits, the Legacy Program, and other On Premise projects, helping to strengthen engagement, alignment, and capability building throughout the organization.
