If your YouTube recommendations are full of esports, streamers, gaming news, and tournament highlights, you'll fit right in.
You'll work closely with Red Bull's roster of professional gamers and esports organizations across both competitive and non-competitive gaming, helping bring their ideas and projects to life. From scouting future talent to supporting activations and building meaningful relationships, you'll be at the heart of our Red Bull Player/Gaming Athlete program.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves gaming, enjoys working with people, and is always willing to learn and grow.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
You’ll manage and continuously develop the global gaming and esports player roster while acting as a central point of contact for existing talent. By building strong relationships and staying close to the gaming ecosystem, you’ll identify new players and creators based on their competitive potential, brand fit and relevance.
Supporting our talent in reaching their full potential, you’ll coordinate access to experts, tools and training opportunities. These initiatives will help strengthen competitive performance, physical and mental wellbeing, and long-term career development.
Day-to-day support for Red Bull Players and Gaming Athletes will be part of your role, covering equipment, products, apparel, travel and visits to events or training facilities. You’ll coordinate the details and ensure that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.
From initial planning through to on-site execution, you’ll support global player and team activations. This includes coordinating bookings, schedules and internal alignment while collaborating with Event Marketing, Publisher Marketing, Red Bull Media Network, Sports Athlete Marketing, Legal, Finance, Brand and Red Bull country operations worldwide.
You’ll develop and maintain training materials, presentations and internal resources related to our gaming talent. By tracking relevant esports results and player developments, you’ll also contribute to regular reports and newsletters that keep stakeholders informed.
Taking ownership of the day-to-day relationships with key gaming talent, you’ll ensure they feel supported and connected to Red Bull. In addition, you’ll help develop reporting practices that demonstrate the impact of player partnerships on engagement and brand love.
