All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
You'll be responsible for consulting and supporting local teams in the development & execution of Music Marketing programme in their countries, along with our global strategy. You'll be the expert when it comes to guaranteeing brand standards and quality across all campaigns, activations and events while guardrailing Red Bull’s positioning and brand equity in Music.
You'll be responsible for centrally developing tools and guidelines for our global events portfolio, with a focus on building impactful 360° event campaigns, driving and improving efficiencies (ticketing, partnerships, merchandising) as well as cross-departmental collaboration.
You’ll be in charge of ideating and developing new consumer-facing music projects, both Mainstream (large scale and booking-based) as well as Community-focused (participatory and skill-based), in line with our current music strategy and project principles.
You'll be responsible for all pre-event alignments & status check-ins with markets as well as your HQ counterparts. You'll streamline and collect relevant event data (pre-live-post), run project debriefs, and share insights/learnings to provide a foundation for improvement, development and innovation.
Research and innovation input for global Music content formats will also be part of your role, while improving and reviewing existing formats in alignment with the Music Media Network team.
